Micromax A116 Canvas HD: Hands On

As we have got our hands on this device we feel it very nice and premium in hand and it does look like some HTC devices to some extent. It has many things packed in this device, more than you can expect from a device from this price value. It is a phone which has a lot of demand in india as well as in other countries whom Micromax is serving to. So lets talk about the phone and its features:

The Quad Core Mediatek MT6589 chipset seems more refined in the retail version, and the Canvas HD seems a lot more responsive. Other things include 1 GB Ram, 32 GB expandability and a 4 GB of storage out of which 1.77GB has been assigned to the Int-SD card. so you have 1.77 GB available to spend. The front camera on the Micromax A116 Canvas HD is now a 2 MP shooter and a 8 MP main camera which shoots Full HD video, that is 1080p. The most prominent feature of the Canvas HD is the 720p Display, which is exceptionally bright and viewable outdoors.

If you talk about battery, its battery can run a full day if your usage is less, but if you have more usage it runs over half day. 

The phone can run many premium games like N.O.V.A.3, Asphalt 7,etc. and is suprisingly smooth as far as gaming is concerned.

It is capable of capturing full HD videos but it only make good videos if there is light environment. It shoot fair at night but if you see the video afterwards, it does not seems like its 1080p. But if you shoot in a light environment in morning or afternoon, it is fairly capable of capturing videos.

Well its the best option available to buy in this price range and i personally recommend to buy this phone and enjoy all its features that it come loaded up!
