Facebook Unveils New Look For Its News Feed

The Facebook has unveiled its new look. The new look would rolled out for desktop users as well as mobile users, to provide a similar interface on every device.
Announcing the redesigned News Feed, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg termed the new News Feed as a “personalized newspaper” for all the users of Facebook. He said that the new look will take more advantage of images as Zuckerberg pointed out that more than half of the content on a user’s News Feed comprised of photos and other visual content.
In the latest look, along the photos, shared articles will also include bigger images, as well as bigger text. The new design also allows users to view content from various categories on their timeline, like just being able to view posts from their friends, recent posts or also content based on a particular interest like sports, music, etc.
The re-designed News Feed would be rolled out to both the desktop and mobile users in phases over the next six months, just like the Graph Search was rolled out earlier this year. If you wish to try out the new News Feed, you can join the waiting list here
