HTC Announces Its New Mid-Range Desire L Smartphone In Taiwan

HTC has announced its new Desire L mid-range smartphone in Taiwan.

The Desire L will come with a 4.3 super LCD2 display with a resolution of 800x480 pixels. The smartphone has 4 GB of internal storage along with a Micro-SD card slot for expansion.

The phone is powered by a 1 GHz processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM.

The phone runs on Android Jelly Bean, but HTC has not specified it's version. But we think that it would be most probably the 4.1.2, which would be customized by HTC's Sense UI overlay. Sadly, the image indicates that the phone will not be running the latest version of Sense UI i.e. the Sense 5, and thus, it will miss out a lot of new features.

At the back, the phone will have a 5 megapixel camera with a flash which would be able to capture 720p videos.

The smartphone will have a usual sort of connectivity options which would include Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, and 3G.

The phone will also have a 1,800 mAh battery, which might not be enough to run this phone through out a day.

The Desire L will come in pink, white and black variant but there is no word of pricing by HTC, but we will inform you as soon as we get any information about it.
