HTC One Gets A Major Update, Improves Stability And Camera
HTC has started to roll out a major software update for its newly launched Flagship device, the HTC One.
The update is said to bring large enhancements to the UltraPixel camera. The roll out of this update was first reported by SlashGear and the report is said to be that the update will first hit the European model of the HTC One and then will be rolled out in the rest of the world.
The update brings the HTC One to version 1.29.401.13 and promises to enhance the camera on the HTC One. Here's a look at the changelog from the update,
• Improvement to sound capture with Zoe
• Noise reduction in slow motion movie capture
• Improved color reproduction and dynamic range (reduced over-exposure in non-HDR images) in certain conditions
• Fix to display correct ISO in EXIF information when ISO settings are manually changed by the user
• Improved system performance and stability
Apart from the camera enhancements, the update also brings some stability to the system performance of the HTC One.
Considering that fact that the HTC One is still not available in stores in India, there are high chances that by the time you’re able to get your hands on the smartphone, the update would have hit our shores as well.
