The Karbonn Smart A12 is powered by a 1GHz Broadcom BCM21654G chipset, which comprises of a Cortex A9 CPU along with 512MB of RAM. 

The smartphone gets a 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The smartphone gets dual-SIM card slots and offers 3G connectivity as well. 

The device runs on the older, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and there no word if the Karbonn Smart A12 will be updated to Android 4.1 Jelly bean. The smartphone gets 4GB of internal storage and a micro-SD card slot for storage expansion.

All over, its a good option to buy at this price value but we are not able to say that its the best.
