Zen Ultraphone 701HD With Quad-Core Processor Launched For Rs.11,999
Those days were gone when the Canvas HD was the only affordable Quad Core device in the Smartphone market. Though the phone had got a great head start over its competitors, but now there are a large amount of "Affordable" Quad Core devices in the market.
In the list, now a new smartphone has arrived, the Zen Ultrafone 701HD. The phone's specs are quite reminiscent to the Canvas HD and is priced at Rs.11,999 which is much lower after the price hike of the Canvas HD.
The Zen Ultraphone 701HD is powered by a MediaTek MT6598 Quad-Core Processor and is coupled with 1 GB of RAM.
The phone has a 5-inch capacitive display which has a resolution of 1280x720 pixels(HD).
At the back the phone has a 8 megapixel camera which is capable of capturing 1080p (Full HD) videos. At the front, the phone has a 3.2 megapixel camera which is better than the Canvas HD's 2 megapixel camera.
The phone has 4 GB internal storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB by an Micro-SD card.
The Smartphone has dual-sim card slots and it also support 3G. Other connectivity options include EDGE, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth.
The phone houses a 2,000 mAh battery which promises upto 8 hour talk-time.
The company is also bundling a free flip cover as well as an extra back panel along with the phone for free.
The phone has nice specs but it would not be the first choice for the consumers because they will first try to go to the brands like Karbonn, Lava etc.
