Celkon Launches Its A58, A New Entry Level Smartphone

The Indian smartphone maker Celkon has now launched its new entry level based device, the A58, And has priced it at Rs.4,199.

The Celkon A58 has a 4-inch display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz processor coupled with 256 MB of RAM.

The smartphone has 512 MB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB by a Micro-SD card.

The phone has a 3 MP rear camera with a VGA secondary camera.

The phone houses a 1,500 mAh battery and has the common connectivity options i.e. WiFi, Bluetooth and EDGE.

We think that if the users want to buy the lower budget phones, they will probably go to the brands like Micromax, Karbonn etc. And also can get some good feature phones by the REX series of Samsung.

So at this point, Celkon has to work too hard to make its way in the smartphone race and to compete with the superior brands.
